Please use Times New Roman throughout the paper.

The final paper should have the paper title, author names, author affiliation, and e-mail addresses centered at the top of the first page (font size 14, bold-faced, centered). To the first page, please also add an Abstract of no more than 300 words and a list of Key words containing no more than five key words (font size 12).

Please begin the main text of your paper with the second page (font size 12). The total length of your final paper should not exceed 16 pages.

Please do NOT add page numbers.

Please send your final paper in PDF format to Dr. Shu-Chuan Tseng. If you use special fonts or figures, please also send us the original files.
